He did his MBBS from Government Medical College-Cochin Kerala, and then he pursed his MS (ENT) and DNB (ENT). He then received specialty training in Pediatric Otolaryngology from Christian Medical College, Vellore & Texas Children's Hospital, US. Later he did his fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncosurgery from Regional Cancer center, Trivandrum, Kerala.
